The hard work and dedication of our employees is the reason behind our success. Providing a competitive wage and a strong benefits program is our way of expressing our appreciation for their efforts. Employees in regular*, full-time positions are eligible for the following benefits:

Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
Medical, dental and vision insurance is offered to employees and their families. We have a very rich Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plan with high levels of coverage and no deductible. The Company pays the full medical, dental and vision premiums for each employee. The company also pays 50% of medical, dental and vision premiums for spouse and dependent coverage. The employee's contributory portion is set up on a pre-tax basis to maximize savings.

Disability, Life Insurance and AD&D
The Company pays the premium for short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&D, and life coverage in full for employees.

Paid Time Off
Paid time off is offered to all employees, including part-time employees. Time off for part-time employees is prorated according to the number of worked hours.

Paid Holidays
Our employees receive paid time off for various holidays throughout the year. This benefit is offered to full-time employees only.

Retirement Plans
We understand the importance of planning for the future, and our 401(k) plan is a tool we offer to assist our employees with retirement planning. Under this plan, the Company will match 4% on a 5% contribution. Additionally, the company contribution is vested 100% immediately.
