Training and Development
One of our goals is to provide all employees with the resources necessary to continuously
develop their skills and continue their education. Employees are given the opportunity to
attend educational classes, seminars, and conferences. Some positions may require employees
to attend such classes to ensure the employee's skills develop and grow as the industry changes
and grows. While only select positions require this continuing education, all employees are
encouraged to utilize the numerous training opportunities that are available.
We also offer a Tuition Reimbursement Program, which provides financial assistance to employees
who wish to continue their education through a college, university, or trade school, that
will further their development at Woodinville Lumber and Affiliated Companies. This is an
excellent program to assist you in reaching your career goals.
