What is Turnkey Framing? It is an approach to residential and light commercial framing
that combines the material and the installation or framing labor into one complete
package. Woodinville Lumber in conjuction with Woodinville Construction Services
manages your entire project for you, from material take-off to final framing inspection.
Woodinville Construction Services becomes part of your team, but they are not on
your payroll. This program takes away one of the biggest headaches that builders
have today and that is finding, managing and keeping adequate framing labor.
The majority of our framing crews are Woodinville Construction Services employees
(not sub-contractors), and receive full company benefits and are required to adhere
to the most comprehensive safety program in the industry. Our drug free employees
work standard hours and meet quality and performance standards that are agreed to
in writing before any work is started. Your project is completed on time to your
standards for the price quoted. There are no overruns due to misquoted material
or labor.
